Gates of Dawn

"Gates of Dawn" is the tenth from KnightressM1's debut album Dreams & Devastation. This song is the musical and thematic pinnacle of the album, expressing its core thesis that humanity is facing the ultimate choice between either its own transcendence or ultimate destruction.  This song musically calls on courage and lyrically invites the audience into their empowered self to be able to face the difficulties ahead.  Dreams & Devastation was recorded at the Foo Fighter home studio, Studio 606 with chief engineer John Lousteau. Rob Ahlers played drums and Uriah Duffy played bass. KnightressM1 created this album as a complete sonic story of a our ability as humans to tranmute deep suffering into transformational power and beauty.
