Performance-syndrome, site-specific hyperrealism, an epopea of illiteracy.

Dumblas in the abandoned Soviet-era Dubija School represents the first opportunity for Šiauliai to get acquainted with professionally produced site-specific theatre.

Special emphasis has been put on the relation between the space, the sound, the action and audience proximity. This is a performance where speech, sound and feeling of space all join in to create a sense of homogeneous experience.

Percussionist Gintautas Gascevičius creates live music and sound for the play with objects found in Dubija school and by playing the scenography itself.
