After Midnight

I worked a lot with the trombone studio at my previous workplace, and I’ve always enjoyed playing Italian trombonist-composer, Nicola Ferro’s Daybreak and Sunset for trombone and piano. After Midnight was inspired by these two pieces.

This is a slow and jazzy piece, set in a smoky lounge where everyone is feeling drunk and sleepy.
