My interest of this piece was how I treat rhythms. Sometimes the rhythms of 2 instruments are complementary, so to say as one line. But mostly they are poly-rhythmic like 2, 3, or even 4 layers. I really like to listen to the complex of rhythmic combination and for example Scriabin’s music gave me influence. In his piano pieces, there are so many complicated rhythmic combinations or treatment of making different pulsation from the real time signature.
