The tondero is a very old dance of a mixed couple, it has lively characteristics of happy rhythm and
mimetic expression.

The term "yaraví" is used to designate sad and romantic songs, cultivated more than by indigenous
people, by mestizos from provincial cities, it is documented in Peru since the second half of the
18th century.

Festive dance of great dynamism, related to the tribe of the Peruvian Amazon.
