Muji, Halili and the Faeries

The libretto of this work comes from Albanian epic songs, specifically from Albanian Songs of the Frontier Warriors. All the score is meant as a three-way collaboration of two instruments piano and clarinet and the soprano. The whole composition is concepted as telling a story where everytime Mujo drinks milk from the faeries the score’s dynamic grows.
