2nd Hans Zender Academy

2nd Hans Zender Academy | November 10–21, 2022 in Meersburg/Bodensee of the International Ensemble Modern Academy in cooperating with the Department of Culture of the City of Meersburg

inviting applications from Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Horn, Trumpet, Trombone, Piano, Violin, Viola, Cello

The course is intended for advanced students or professionals at the outset of their careers in instrumental performance. Guided by experienced instructors who are Ensemble Modern members, a broad repertoire will be developed with a focus on "open forms". The participants will experience the range from the "purely reproducing" performer to the "composing" performer.

The working period culminates in concerts and events – the Meersburg Concert Conversations. Further performances are planned on November 19 at the Music University Freiburg and November 21 at the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts in Munich.
