Sophie Deshayes works in partnership with chamber orchestras such as United Instruments of Lucilin and Sillages, and participated as well in concerts with S:i.c., l'Itinéraire, Court-Circuit, Ensemble Fa, 2e2m Ensemble and Ensemble InterContemporain. 

Willing to explore various modes of expression and conciliate repertoire and creation, she regularly works with composers, choreographers, and stage directors among which Martin Matalon, Georges Aperghis, Toshio Hosokawa, Philippe Manoury, Compagnie Point-Virgule, Sylvain Prunenec, Laurence Saboye, Erik Bullot.
She performs both in France and abroad, in numerous festivals and concert halls. 

She teaches at the Regional Conservatory of Aubervilliers-La Courneuve (https://www.crr93.fr/) as well as at Pôle Sup’93 (http://www.polesup93.fr/) in Seine Saint-Denis, Ile-de-France. She is also seriously involved in music teacher's training in French music teaching organizations.
