Classic Pure Vienna is a competition organization based in Vienna, which aims to support new composers and young musicians of our time from all over the world.
The competition is open to composers of all ages and nationalities. Works that have not won any competitions in the past may be submitted.

Participants may submit as many compositions as they want.
The works may be for chamber ensemble (duo, trio, quartet, quintet etc.) or for orchestra.
Electronics may also be used.
A recording of the composition must be included. The recording may be either an mp3 file or a video link.
All pdf scores must be sent anonymously, only a pseudonym may be written on the score.
The composition may have one or more movements.
Works must be not shorter than 3 minutes in duration. Longer works may be submitted.

Due to the Corona restrictions, there will be no prize concert. Compositions will be evaluated by the jury Martin Kerschbaum, Mirza Kapetanovic, Chikara Shiojima, Cagri Beklen, Evelyn Schörkhuber and published online.
Pdfs of scores and recordings must be received by November 15, 2020.
Computer realizations will be accepted if a live recording is not available.
Winners will be informed by Email on November 30, 2020.
1st Prize: 1.000, - Euro & certificate
2nd Prize: 500, - Euro & certificate
3rd Prize: 250, - Euro & certificate
There is an entry fee of 35, - Euros for each composition. It is possible to participate with more than one composition under one name, in that case an entry fee of 35, - Euros must be paid for each composition.
